Meet the Owner: Wes Arey

Hey, I’m Wes Arey, owner of Valley Curb Appeal. I provide professional exterior cleaning services to homeowners and business owners in Augusta County and across the Shenandoah Valley. I’ve been in this line of work for over 10 years now, and it all started with something simple, learning how to prepare homes for painting.

When I was younger, I started working alongside my dad, who is a professional painter. He taught me how to pressure wash homes before painting them, and I'm lucky that I get to continue to work and learn alongside him. Over time, I saw that many people needed this kind of service on its own. I noticed there weren’t many reliable options out there, so I decided to build a business that focused on doing the job right and making customers happy. I also liked the idea of having more flexibility for my family and personal life.

I take customer service seriously. When you call Valley Curb Appeal, I’ll give you a free quote, work with your schedule, and make sure you understand the process. I stay in touch before, during, and after the job. I do a walkthrough, take photos to show the results, and follow up to make sure you're happy. My goal is to be professional, clear, and respectful every step of the way.

The best part of my work is seeing the difference a good cleaning makes. A clean driveway, siding, or sidewalk can really bring new life to a home. It’s even better when I see how happy my clients are with the results.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family. I also like to stay active and get some exercise in when I can.
